Co-Century Aviation & Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing Application Technology Researching & Development Center Was Established

Aviation & Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing Application Technology Researching & Development Center was jointly established by Beijing Co-Century Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., School of Mechanical and Electrical of Northwestern Polytechnical University, Shaanxi Digital Special Manufacturing Equipment Engineering Technology Research Center. The Center was founded officially on April 19, 2016. Vice general manager of Beijing Co-Century -- Mr. Zhao Haiyang,  Vice President of the Institute of Electrical and Mechanical of Northwestern Polytechnical University -- Professor Zhu Jihong, Director of Manufacturing Engineering Center -- Professor Qin Xiansheng, Aerospace Department Manager of Germany KUKA Industry Company -- Mr. Otto Kellenberger attended the signing and opening ceremony. The Center is integrated with KUKA's robots, based on the field of intelligent manufacturing R&D of aviation, aerospace, national defense, electronic and other industries, in, specializing in welding, riveting, assembly, polishing, spraying,  3D print-repairing, etc. The Center has nearly 50 people with degrees of postdoctoral, doctor and master as R&D staffs. All kinds of laboratories, manufacturing and assembling areas are more than 3000 square meters totally. It has delivered different systems as a whole to Xi'an Aircraft, Chengdu Aircraft, Shaanxi Aircraft, etc.
