KUKA omniMove Triple Lift

INCREASED SAFETY

The new KUKA omniMove Triple Lift conforms to EN280 and EN1175-1 and thus sets new safety standards for lift platforms.

ELECTRIC MOTION DRIVES

The new electric motion drive concept improves motion characteristics still further, with accurate guidance tracking and outstanding operator control. The modified drive motors improve energy efficiency and increase range. Positioning accuracy is ±5 mm in every direction.

LOW ENTRY POINT

The new chassis allows an entry point at a height of less than 700 mm.

LOWER NOISE LEVEL

The new components result in a noise level of under 70 dB(A), enabling quiet working.

STABLE LIFTING MECHANISM

The new bearings of the telescopes ensure greater stiffness of the lifting mechanism. This makes working at a height of up to 8.3 m efficient, easy and safe.

IMPROVED PAYLOAD CAPACITY

In addition to the 1,000 kg payload, a further 250 kg of permanent add-on parts can be used.

EASE OF MAINTENANCE

The arrangement of the individual components towards the outside makes maintenance easy. The wheel rollers can also be exchanged individually.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

Additional cable and hose drums allow the supply of power and fluids to customer-specific additional equipment from the vehicle.
